CONDITIONS FOR PARTIAL PAYMENT (NON-REFUNDABLE) OPT:
- Customer can book the tour package with an advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount where 5% GST will be applied on advance amount.
- The remaining amount of tour package needs to be paid prior to 30 days of tour date with 5% GST on remaining amount. If customer fails to make the payment, booking will be considered cancelled.
- All disputes are subject to Cooch Behar Jurisdiction only.
- Once the booking is made, payments are non-refundable.
